About Me
I’ll keep this brief as I'm sure we'll get to know each other more when training together, so here's some key things about me.
My family is everything to me. When my wife and I discussed the possibility of becoming parents it really kick started me on my path to becoming a pre and post natal specialist, so I could do the best for her during the pregnancy. Now 4 years on we have an amazing daughter who keeps me forever smiling and motivated to be the best for her too.
Being a self proclaimed “people person”, I have always loved helping people and knew early on that becoming a personal trainer was the perfect career path for me, this was solidified during my school work experience at Fitness First.
I've been in the fitness industry professionally for over 10 years since graduating from a Sports Science with Personal training degree, learning a lot and taking many paths to get to where I am now.
Having such a strong passion for sports and competition, my initial plan was to work and train with elite athletes. However my drive and focus changed when a family member passed away from a multitude of lifestyle related diseases and I began focusing on promoting better health as a whole rather than just athletic excellence.
So what type of personal trainer am I? Well I like to focus on you, what it is that you want and need from me. I am not the “drill sergeant” type at all, I’m cheerful and encouraging but will give a push when needed. I’m always researching the latest information so I can provide the best service I can.
Well that’s enough about me from me, but check out the testimonials page to hear what some of my current/previous clients have to say about me.
