WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU?

Online consultation session: Free

A one off 20 min video call is done so we can get to know each other better and for me to find out what your goals are and work out how best I can help you reach them.

 

Online session: £30

A 40 min video call session using Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp video for us to work together to achieve your goals. This is a great option to be able to see the correct techniques for exercises and to get real time feedback during your session as well as the motivation and support for you to take your fitness to the next level.

 

Home / Park session: £50

Being based in Camden these 60 min 1 on 1 PT sessions* are available based on proximity. These sessions are great as I will provide exercise equipment needed for the session to continue your progress towards your goals.

*All equipment is thoroughly sanitised after each session and social distancing is maintained as much as possible with a mask being worn at all times.

 

 

Workout Plans: £50 per month

Monthly workout plans are great if you feel that you just need a programme to follow and don’t need any extra motivation to see your goals through to fruition. Programmes are tailored to you so can vary in duration and equipment needed.

 

Cancellation policy

If for any reason a confirmed and scheduled session can’t be attended please notify me before 24 hours of the scheduled session or risk the session being lost and charged for.
